  • 3 Types of category quality with affordable price.

  • Selected Bundle Shoes (Used)
  • Premium Quality Assured (1:1)
  • Grade Quality Assured (A+)

What the different this 3 types quality.

  • Bundle is used item there will be imperfection of some part but we always choose the best one & common says more legit in bundle item.
  • The Premium type only differ base on type of material used & durability.
  • The Grade Item is limit of usage material & size accuracy.

Is it the grade is bad quality?

  • No, our vision to select the best quality even it at low category.
  • Our priority is transperency & customer satisfaction.


 

Parcel Delivery Time & Option.

How many days can received the parcel?

  • We will process & pack your parcel within 24Hour after payment received / confirmed.
  • Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) for West Malaysia will be within 2-3days.
  • Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) for East Malaysia will be within 4-7days.
  • Please contact us if your parcel did not received from ETA.

How much the postage cost.

  • West Malaysia for only RM8 for 2.5KG or up to 3 item.
  • East Malaysia for only RM15 for 1KG for 1-2 Item.

Is there got a Cash On Delivery (COD) option?

  • NO, For this time being.

Can ship out to overseas?

  • NO.


 

Return & Exchange or Refund.

 

Can I return the product received in wrong size/color/other from order.

  • Yes, Free return on wrongly received parcel.
  • Need to informed within 3 days from date received.
  • Record a video open the parcel or snap an image before open-after open then taging.

Can I exchange the product after 5 days cause got scratch & dirts.

  • No, only item that the soles is detached can be exchange before 5 days from date received.

There any charge on return & exchange damage item?

  • For item damage or informed  before 3 days from date received will be Free.
  • Item exceed the days will be RM5 for West Malaysia & RM10 for East Malaysia

There are any refund if not satisfied with the product?

  • Yes, but you need to inform us within 36 to 48 hour from received
  • You need to record a video open the parcel.
  • Refund wil be process 3 working days after return parcel received.

There any charge on return & refund item?

  • Yes, for within 48hour the charge is RM7 for West Malaysia & RM13 for East Malaysia.
  • More than 48Hour no refund will be accept.
